If you use Outlook with an Exchange Server account, your address book list will include the Global Address List (GAL).
I usually unplug my berry at the main screen in Desktop Manager for five (5) seconds and then plug it back up.
You will then be asked for your password if one exists.
A second Black Berry smartphone is required to avoid deleting all data and applications from the original Black Berry smartphone.
With all of the Address Book entries copied into the desktop client and wireless synchronization turned on in the Address Book options on the Black Berry smartphone, the contacts will again be synchronized into one Contact List.
